Out door Zen Yoga with Sound Bath and Wine

Join us for a magical evening! Outdoor Zen Yoga lead by instructor Dawn Hamilton, owner of Encompassing You. Followed by a singing bowl sound bath with Kate Benson, owner of Grand Rapids Yoga Company. Experience meditative and healing frequencies of crystal and metal singing bowls. 

 We will end the evening with wine tasting from with April Hemlock from Scout and Cellar. A clean, biodynamic wine. 

Class is for all levels, all bodies. 

Please dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat and any props you want. 

About Dawn, of Encompassing You. 

Dawn is a Certified Heath Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, Double Certified Raw Food Chef from the Creative Health Institute, and a Certified Yoga instructor and Reiki Practitioner.  She is passionate about teaching people how to reach elevated health with focusing on three lifestyle pillars. Pillar one: plant based nutrition, Pillar two: nourishment to the soul. and the Third pillar embracing the power of movement through yoga.

 She has hosted a yoga retreat internationally and loves to create an experience for her clients no matter where they are.

Sound vibrations stimulate the nervous system, medulla, and auditory system, allowing the brain, body, and breath to relax with a flood of mood-lifting neurotransmitters.   Kate’s Sound Bath healing sessions employ the use of specific beats, frequencies, and tones to align with 7 Chakra (energy-centers) in order to release tension, stress, or blockages and to bring balance and harmony to the whole being in a state of rhythmic entrainment: our body and mind’s natural state of harmony and alignment.
